Arabic for “My Money” - Feloosy is an online website aimed to help young Egyptians save up for their financial goals. With a lack of financial understanding yet a strong desire for success and independence, young Egyptians struggle on a daily basis to become independent from their families. By providing them with the correct tools, this new generation can start to learn and build a personal financial infrastructure to achieve their hopes and dreams.
One of our focus areas was to imagine the visual look and feel of our users’ saving progress.
This included a progress chart indicating the amount left to achieve the goal as well as a countdown timer to instil a sense of urgency and accountability. We found it important that imagery of the users goal (e.g a new car) was always placed in the background as a way to keep their eye on the target.
Feloosy approaches its' brand as a "creator" archetype.
With empowering values and visionary encouragement, Feloosy positions itself as a platform that connects synergies and an opportunity for people to create structure in their life. Hence, the “building blocks” logo, symbolising the progress and development achieved when saving your money.
